Eemil Stigman started as the security manager of the city of Imatra

Master of Military Sciences Eemil Stigman started on Monday (March 28.3) as the security manager of the city of Imatra. Stigman coordinates the city's risk management, continuity and preparedness planning and promotes the implementation of safe working conditions in the city of Imatra. In addition, he coordinates the city's cooperation with other authorities and safety-critical stakeholders.

Before moving to the city of Imatra, Stigma worked in the Border Guard in internal security duties.

The safety manager's job description is new to the city. In the past, security matters belonged to the facilities and security manager, but nowadays the field of tasks, which has grown quite wide, is divided between the facilities management manager and the security manager. He also started as facility management manager at the end of February Petri Nuutinen.
