Vesihuolto received a lot of praise in the customer feedback survey. 1052 customers of Imatran Vede responded to the survey.

The aim of the study was to find out the experiences of the water plant's customers about water quality, the operation and image of the water plant, and to find development ideas for the development of service and operations.

Those who responded to the survey think that the water supply company's service is high-quality, friendly and knowledgeable, and that the ordered service is carried out as agreed. The water utility's image was rated 8,1 on a scale of 4-10.

Water quality and its distribution received a commendable rating. The repair work of the water and sewage network is mainly perceived as a positive development. The disturbance map on the Imatra water website and the SMS service are considered very necessary.

The majority of those who responded to the survey would rather choose water outages of a few hours caused by repair work than a clear price increase, which would be caused by accelerating the pace of renovation of the pipeline. This point in the survey was rated 8,1 on a scale of 4-10.

The lowest rating of 7,6 in the survey went to the reasonableness and comprehensibility of water pricing.
