The orange plastic card of the iLippu system

It is now also possible to pay for public transport single tickets with the iLippu value card on buses

Release
2.9.2021 16:38
For children (ages 7-16) and senior citizens, the ticket price in public transport is cheaper than an adult ticket. In order to get a child or senior citizen price for a card that is already in use, the customer must inform the customer service of the city hall of the card number. When paying with a value card, the price for an adult comes automatically without a separate notification.

Ticket prices

One-time ticket, iLippun value card as payment method in the car: adult €2,70, senior citizen €1,35 and child €1,80

To get the value card's cheaper price to work on a card that is already in use, proceed as follows:
Report your card number and possible pension or child status to the address customer serviceatimatra.fi (customer service[at]imatra[dot]fi), and we will put the right feature on your card. After that, when paying by value, you get a cheaper price. Those using adult tickets do not need to do anything.
