You can leave feedback about public transport to the city of Imatra in many ways.

 
- Public transport has been discussed on Facebook and it seems that feedback has only gone to Pohjola's transport. Otherwise, we are interested in customer service experiences, says the traffic planner Kaisa Pohjola from the city of Imatra.
 
The city buys internal public transport services from Pohjola transport. Therefore, feedback should be given to the city. In cooperation with Pohjola transport, the city is constantly making small adjustments to local bus schedules, and bigger changes are underway, such as reforming the ticket system.
