Imatra distributes masks to transport students through schools.

The provincial covid situation group gave a mask recommendation for school transport as well. This applies to buses and taxis. The recommendation applies to everyone in primary and pre-school education who knows how to use a mask. In this regard, there is no longer an age limit of 15 years.

Those students who are entitled to school rides will receive the masks from the school or school.

Those students traveling on public transport who are not entitled to a free school ride are also covered by the mask recommendation. Guardians should get masks for them.

Effective from the beginning of the week

The schools have information about the students who are covered by free school transport. Masks will be distributed at schools in the coming days.

In Imatra, 280 students are covered by school transport. Each of them gets two masks per day.
