Trout spawning in Vuoll starts today

Autumn calming in the upper part of Vuoksi lasts for a month. The cooling-off period is 15.10. – 15.11., including the start and end date.

All kinds of fishing are prohibited in the area between the Railway Bridge and the mouth of Vuoksi during the autumn calm on 15.10. – 15.11.

Calming will strengthen Vuoksi's salmon stocks.
