The social and health district of South Karelia (Eksote) implements an electronic survey for the people of South Karelia with cooperation parties.

In cooperation with municipalities and various actors, Eksote is preparing the following extensive welfare plan for the years 2021-2024. The welfare plan and report are statutory and they guide Eksote in planning, reporting and evaluating the work of promoting welfare and health.

The aim of the survey is to get information on how the citizens of the municipality assess their own quality of life and health. The survey uses the short quality of life measure of the World Health Organization (WHO). The survey is being carried out for the first time in South Karelia. By participating in the survey, you can influence the content of the next wellness plan.
