The city of Imatra's customer payment instructions are being changed due to the coronavirus epidemic.

If the child is absent from early childhood education due to illness, quarantine or another reason on 16.3. - 31.5., no a monthly fee will be charged for days of absence.

In this case, the refund is based on the families' current hourly gap and the calculated customer fee, in accordance with the average daily price.

Starting from week 15, absence reports can be made through an electronic treatment appointment reservation, where either the absence or the planned absence is entered. If necessary, you can change treatment appointment reservations that have already been announced already this week. Otherwise, attendance is marked normally.

If the child is scheduled to be away for a longer period of time, we ask that it be recorded in the care time reservation or announced to the child's own group.
