Incorrect water bills for consumers

Invoices should not be paid, but a new invoice should be waited for.

Incorrect paper water bills have been sent to consumers. Invoices should not be paid if it says SILASKU at the top.  

New corrected invoices will be sent instead of incorrect invoices. The error concerns the bills of consumers on the west side of Vuoksi, where the due date is 3.2. or 4.2. 

Some e-invoices and direct payment invoices have come to consumers as incorrect paper invoices.
 
- The problem affects almost two thousand of our customers on the west side of Vuoksi, but the error has now been localized and we are trying to fix it as soon as possible, says customer service secretary Katve Pöppönen from Imatran Vede.
