Two employment relationships are ending.

The cooperation negotiations of Imatra Kiinteistö- ja Aluepalvelu Oy have been completed. In the negotiations, alternatives were sought to enable the company to respond to future changes in the operating environment.

- Three tasks will be abolished, one task will be part-time, if necessary, personnel will be laid off and, in addition, there will be job description changes for some people. One person whose position is terminated will move to other positions in the company. The measures taken lead to the termination of the employment relationship of the two persons, CEO Markku Puuska summarizes the end result of the yt process.

The Yt process at Kipa started in mid-November. The negotiations focused on real estate services and land construction production units.
