Assistance for housing counseling activities sought

In 2020, the Housing Finance and Development Center (ARA) will grant a total of 0,9 million euros in grants for housing advisory activities, if the parliament shows appropriation authority for the purpose in the 2020 budget. The application for the 2020 allocation is open from 2.12.2019 December 16.1.2020 to XNUMX January XNUMX. 

The amount of the subsidy is a maximum of 35% of the costs. 

Grants can be granted for housing counseling activities, the goal of which is to secure housing by solving housing problems and providing guidance in housing-related matters. The goal of supporting housing counseling is to establish the operation permanently in the municipalities.

Grants can be applied for by municipalities, organizations and communities that practice or start housing counseling activities. Organizations' applications must also be accompanied by a statement from the location municipality about the project.

Applications must be submitted to ARA by 16.1.2020 January 11 to the address: Vesijärvenkatu 30 A, PO Box 15141, XNUMX Lahti or kirjaamo.araara.fi (kirjaamo[dot]ara[at]ara[dot]fi).
