The first snow slope is still in skiable condition

The track is in good condition, except for a few spots that will be repaired during the week. The track is being thickened with gravel, so some parts of the track have to be temporarily closed, but the work will not close the track completely. 

- The climb up the trainer's hill is currently the most challenging part. The track is completely frozen at that point, but we hope that tomorrow's snowfall will save the situation to the extent that we will get a grip on it so that the machines will be able to maintain it in a better condition, says sports venue master Jani Niittynen from Imatra real estate and area service Oy.
