Culture bubbles offers events and activities for people of all ages, all of Kulttuuritalo Virtra's actors are involved in the day – cultural production, Virta College, city library, city museum and art museum. 

Auction emperor Palsanmäki works as a broker in the auction, where Artek furniture that was used in the culture house, as well as various dishes and musical instruments are sold. Some of the furniture can be restored. 

You can already buy handmade gifts in a box from Kulttuurikuohu's vendors. While shopping and waiting for the auction, you can try crafts, line dancing, image recognition or language games.

For children, Kirjavainen, the library dog, performs children's songs, and there is also something fun to do in the musapuuhaamo. In connection with it, there is an exchange point for soft toys.

The eSports team can try different games in the Trailblazers game mode. The team representative will be there to talk about the game. 

Café Virta is open and offers snacks and drinks throughout the event. The exhibitions of the city museum and the art museum can also be seen, and the main library is open as usual. 

Virran Kulttuurikuohut is organized for the second time. The first event was held in autumn 2018.
