Entrepreneurship vouchers for people from Imatra aged 13-28

This year, the city of Imatra, in cooperation with 4H, also supports youth entrepreneurship. With the help of the entrepreneurship voucher, which comes alongside the summer work voucher, it is possible for people from Imatra aged 13-28 to try entrepreneurship safely through the 4H entrepreneur path.

Information about the entrepreneurship voucher 

• The notes are intended for young people from Imatra aged 13-28.

• A young person can only be granted a summer work voucher or an entrepreneurship voucher at the same time, not both. 

• Six banknotes worth €350 are being distributed. The value of the voucher is allocated to company establishment costs, 4H membership fees, insurance, material purchases for business operations, etc. 

• In the application phase, there must be a preliminary idea/plan for future business activities.

• The company can operate for the rest of the year, so that the report on the company's operations is received no later than 15.12.2024 December XNUMX.

• The business process as a whole takes about 3 months (from making the plan to submitting the final report). 

• The applicant undertakes to participate in two training sessions organized by 4H on Discord (16:18-2:XNUMX p.m. x XNUMX) and complete the assigned homework. The days are selected during the application phase. Through education, young people learn to create e.g. business plan, Y-ID (not mandatory), incorporation notice, practical plans, and to prepare for filing a tax return.

• 4H's contact person helps with making written plans and announcements and accompanies you throughout the whole entrepreneurial process. 

• It is possible to get credits for entrepreneurship - check with your educational institution if it accepts the credits you get from your entrepreneurship (certificate from 4H). 

• The young person must keep a record of the income and expenses of business operations and submit a summary of them at the end of the business period to 4H and the Board of Directors. 

• The minimum target for turnover is 50e. 

• The young person receives a work certificate for working as an entrepreneur.
