Land surveying and mapping

Urban planning site and surveying is responsible for terrain surveying tasks. We produce a measurement and location information service for the municipality and its citizens. Tasks include maintenance of the main network and base map, terrain measurements of real estate deliveries, measurements serving the construction and planning of municipal engineering.

Measurements related to construction

After the building permit becomes legally binding, the location and elevation of the building are marked on the terrain, and the location survey of the building is carried out later.

Marking on the building's terrain can also be done as a preliminary mark, before the building permit has been granted. In this case, however, it is required that the building permit is pending. A site plan of the object to be built is required for pre-marking.

Border display or other mapping measure

The owner or holder of the property can request a border display to clarify the borders, if there is no dispute about the location of the border. The border is not officially confirmed on the border display, nor is it permanently marked on the terrain. If the property's border markers have disappeared or the place of the border is otherwise unclear, then you must apply for a border inspection service from the city.

Wire mapping

The terrain is mapped and the cable map shows the location of the wires, cables, pipes and immediately related equipment and structures placed in the ground.
