About the design of the school

On 26.11.2018 November 294, the Imatra city government approved § XNUMX of the Koske school center project plan.

The actual planning of the school center was carried out during the spring of 2019, and the goal is to start construction during the fall of 2019. According to the project schedule, the school will be completed in such a way that operations can begin entirely in the new premises in the fall of 2021. The Lyseo's historic, renovated building is to be preserved as part of the school center in the future as well.

The new space element included in the project plan, which will be used for a longer period of time, will be put into use for the premises of the Koske school in the fall of 2019. The part of the space element that will be used by the school in Eastern Finland will be put into use in the fall of 2021. Attached are the floor plans and facade photos of the new space element, as well as the design photos of the future main school.

The architectural design is carried out by Innovarch and Tuula Tuononen (architect SAFA) has been the main designer during the design phase.
