According to theater director Timo Rissanen, Stefi's meeting days next spring will be a significant discussion arena in the industry.

Suomen Teatterit chose Imatra as the meeting place

In the spring, 80 people from the management of the theater industry will arrive in the city.

Association of Finnish Theatres, (Stefi) will organize next spring 10-11.4 April. Annual meeting in Imatra. This event is not just a meeting, but a bigger meeting arena for the management of the theater industry.

- In our field, this is a big deal. Another big one is theater summer. This event creates visibility for the city, when industry professionals get to see the new building, Teatteri Imatra director Timo Rissanen says.

About 80 theater and administrative directors and chairmen of cultural boards are expected in the city.

In connection with the event, an audience seminar will also be organized, where acute topics in the theater industry will be discussed with experts. The audience will also be shown a play from Teatteri Imatra's spring repertoire. Others can also claim tickets for that show.
