- Surprisingly many face vision and hearing challenges in their everyday life, either in themselves or in their close circle. That's why we organize a day of sight and hearing. New research information has become available that vision and hearing challenges also have a strong impact on memory function. Aids can improve hearing and vision, which improves well-being, says the member of the Imatra and Ruokolahti disability council, which organizes the event Anni Pitkämäki.
The event is organized by the Imatra and Ruokolahti Council for the Disabled together with the Imatra Hearing Association and the Association of the Visually Impaired.
The venue is Kulttuuritalo Virta.
The program
Hearing car in Kulttuuritalo Virta yard from 9 am to 16 pm. Hearing car appointments have been booked. You can come to the place and ask if the car can take customers in between without a reservation.
