The first snow ski track is free of charge from today

The first snow trail is free from today until spring. Latu extended Imatra's skiing season by almost two months this fall.

The trail is now free of charge, when the amount of natural snow has been enough to make a trail network even for unsnowed trail grooves. Pistes have been ridden comprehensively in different parts of Imatra, although not all pistes leveled with a piste machine have yet received traditional grooves, which require a thicker layer of snow than a freestyle pistes.

The maintenance status of Imatra's city slopes is now updated to the ladulle.fi service. From the same service, you can also see the condition of the roads in neighboring municipalities.
