Due to the changed opening hours, the reservations that can be picked up from the main library have been moved to be picked up by the customers themselves. To find the right piece, you need the reservation collection number.

Reservations picked up from the main library no longer have to wait in line at the lending desk, but you can pick up your reservation from the shelf yourself. The reservations are arranged based on the pick-up number from smallest to largest. The five- or six-digit collection number can be found in the collection notification, which arrives either as a text message, email or letter.
The reserved work still needs to be borrowed either from a lending machine or from the lending counter during service hours. If you pick up a work reserved for someone else from the reserve shelf, you will not be able to borrow it. So you should confirm your collection number from the collection notice. The collection number is customer-specific and always remains the same.
However, interlibrary loans ordered from outside Heili libraries still have to be applied for at the lending desk during service hours due to their fees.
In local libraries in Rajapatsaa and Vuoksenniska, self-service collection of reservations has been in use since the opening of self-service libraries.
