Please check your library fees at the end of the year

It's time again to check the late fees and other library fees accumulated during the year. All library fees accumulated in 2019 and older must be paid by January 2020 at the latest. Otherwise, the customer loses the right to borrow until the payments have been made. The loan ban also prevents existing loans from being renewed.

Payments can be made during service hours in Heili libraries or electronically in the online library.
