The sites in Sienimäenranta, Voimalaitot area and Killinpuisto are currently being searched. In case of possible overlapping bookings, the lots will be drawn. Buying a plot takes precedence over renting.

Based on advance marketing, there has been a lot of interest in the plots. Based on the reservations, it will be determined whether construction will be allowed on the plots in the spring of 2017. The city reserves the right to consider the construction of the areas based on the reservations, either partially or as a whole.
