Youth summer recruitment 2026
In the summer of 2026, we will hire four young people aged 15–17 for four-week Get to Know Working Life summer internships in June and July (2+2).
Students in comprehensive school, tenth grade, upper secondary school, and young people under the age of 18 participating in preparatory training can apply for the internship. The tasks include, among other things, maintenance work in outdoor areas and care for green areas as a day job.
We are looking for summer workers for the summer season from June 1 to July 31, 2026.
What do we expect from you?
We expect you to be reliable, active and committed to your work throughout the internship. A positive attitude and willingness to work will guarantee you a good summer work experience. We do not require previous work experience, you will receive an orientation to the work tasks.
Young people under the age of 18 who have turned 15 before the start of the employment relationship can apply for summer jobs.

We are looking for a responsible foreman to be responsible for the earthworks projects implemented by our company. Our work focuses mainly on street and road network renovation projects in Imatra. We also cooperate with Imatran Lämmö and Imatran Vesi on new construction and renovation projects in municipal engineering.

Construction worker
The work includes various construction site tasks, such as piping, installing wells and working as an excavator operator. The work also includes other municipal engineering (streets, sewers, public areas) maintenance work if necessary. The work requires good physical fitness and, above all, a flexible attitude to work.
