Instructions for redeeming a summer work voucher

Redeem the summer work voucher (€350, VAT 0%) after the end of the employment relationship by sending the salary payment certificate by e-mail to municipalityparikkala.fi If necessary, the certificate can also be mailed to Parikkala municipality, Harjukuja 6, 59100 Parikkala.
The employer does not need to invoice, but the compensation is paid to the account indicated in the contract form as a payment order. If there must be a specific reference in the payment order, state it in the same context.
The salary payment certificate must show the name of the employee, the name of the company, the time of work, the hours worked and the salary paid. Please make sure that the salary is in accordance with the collective agreement. The scanned/electronic summer work voucher does not need to be submitted as an attachment to the salary payment certificate.
Compensations are paid against salary payment certificates on 31.8., 30.9. and 31.10. So please redeem the voucher no later than October.
