The new city bike season has begun!

Imatra has summer city ​​bikes. The first bikes arrived already in the last week of April. The bikes are available at Imatra until the end of October. You can rent the bike for your own use with an application that can be downloaded to your phone.

Sign up and buy access for the whole season, month or day. Monthly membership from €9.

You can try a city bike for free at Imatra

The city bike can be used free of charge for half an hour. Rentals lasting longer are billed according to the normal price list.

This is how you rent a city bike

1. Download Donkey Republicapplication for your mobile device.
2. Locate the free wheel with the app.
3. Rent a bike with the app. The bike lock is opened via the phone application.
4. Enjoy cycling!
5. Return the bike to the station you want and end the rental.

The application works on iOS9 (iPhone 5S) and Android 5+ platforms and later versions.

• Customer service and defect reports: tel. 044 71 606 44
• You can get help on the spot from the customer service number if there are problems with your bike or you can ask anything related to the service. You can also file a bug report directly from the Donkey Republic application.
• The bikes are serviced twice a week. 
• The bike model is the same as last year. During the winter, the bikes are repaired and refurbished for the summer season.
• Bicycles can be brought into the street scene when the brushing and cleaning of city streets has been completed, at least for the most part.
