The aim of the site plan amendment is to change the site plan of block 2 (Tainionkoski school) in such a way that the site plan does not hinder real estate development in terms of its purpose of use and other plan entries or provisions. The aim is to expand block 40 and to assign it construction fields and construction rights in the plan change, so that the business opportunities in the block are preserved. The goal is also to adapt the structural changes to the cityscape and the surrounding community structure.

The formula change has been announced to start on 17.2.2019 December 62. The building sectors and building rights of the block were checked.
