Target:
The goal of the planning is to change the site plan of block 126 in such a way that the site plan enables both business, accommodation and residential functions as well as functions serving the golf course in the Immolanhov area. In addition, the site plan for the north side of Immolanhov will be updated to reflect the actual situation and enable development of the area.
An important goal is to define suitable conservation and development designations for the main building in Immolanhov.
Processing steps:
The site plan change has started at Stora Enso Oyj's initiative and was announced on May 31.5.2020, XNUMX. The participation and evaluation plan has been set 1.6.2020 visible in accordance with Sections 62 and 63 of the Land Use and Construction Act, from and throughout the process to the city's website www.imatra.fi and to Imatra's town hall, Virastokatu 2. At its meeting on February 22.2.2021, 58 (Section 15.3.2021), the City Council decided to propose the approval of the site plan to the city council, and the city council approved the site plan on March 24, XNUMX (Section XNUMX). The ELY Center of Southeast Finland and the Museum of South Karelia filed appeals against the decision to approve the site plan. After a discussion with the landowner, the changes requested in the complaints were made to the plan.
At its meeting on June 21.6.2021, 203 (§ 16.8.2021), the City Council decided to present the revised site plan to the City Council, and the City Council approved the revised site plan on August 94, XNUMX (§ XNUMX).
