The aim of the site plan and the site plan change is to check the up-to-dateness of the current plan, e.g. in terms of land ownership and street network. In addition, the possibility of additional construction and changes to the nomenclature to clarify the address numbering are being investigated. The natural environment of Lampsiinjoki and its nearby green areas is taken into account in the site plan. The site plan and the change to the site plan have been initiated by the city of Imatra.
The plan change has been initiated by the city of Imatra and announced on February 17.2.2019, 62. In accordance with Section 63 and Section 18.2.2019 of the Land Use and Construction Act, the participation and evaluation plan was made available for viewing from February 19.3.2019, XNUMX for the duration of the entire process. Any opinions on the participation and evaluation plan had to be submitted no later than March XNUMX, XNUMX.
The design material for the draft amendment to the site plan has been made available for public viewing from 16.9 September to 18.10.2019 October 18.10.2019. Feedback on the draft plan had to be submitted by 15 at XNUMX:XNUMX.
