Processing steps:
The site plan change was announced in the 2018 planning review and program. The site plan change of Lähti house and Piponius house has been announced in the 2016-2017 zoning overview and program. The area has been involved in site plan amendment No. 1082 regarding the area of ​​Torkelinkatu and the area of ​​Club Center Koskis in 2018-2020, but the city council approved the plan only for the block of the club house Koskis in its meeting on June 15.6.2020, 30 § XNUMX and otherwise left the plan unapproved.
