Target:
The aim of the site plan change is to investigate the possibilities of new construction and to update the valid site plans for blocks 90 and 91 and the streets, parks and parking areas surrounding them. 

In connection with the site plan work, the adaptation of new construction to the historically stratified urban structure is studied.

Processing steps:
The site plan change has been announced in the 2018 planning review. The area has been involved in site plan amendment No. 1082 regarding the area of ​​Torkelinkatu and the area of ​​Club Center Koskis in 2018-2020, but the city council approved the plan only for the block of the clubhouse Koskis in its meeting on June 15.6.2020, 30 § XNUMX and otherwise left the plan unapproved.

The participation and evaluation plan will be kept available for viewing on the city's website starting from 62 December 63, in accordance with Section 18.12.2020 and Section XNUMX of the Land Use and Construction Act.

The planning material for the site plan change draft has been made available for public viewing from 1st to 30.3.2021th March 30.3.2021 on the city's website and at the Imatra town hall. Feedback on the draft change had to be submitted by 15:00 p.m. on March XNUMX, XNUMX.

Based on the feedback received from the draft amendment, a proposed amendment to the site plan was drawn up, which has been made available for public viewing on 15.6 June. – for the period between 16.7.2021 July 2. The planning materials can be viewed on the city's website and in the lower lobby of the Imatra town hall at Virastokatu XNUMX.

The feedback form is available on the internet and at Imatra City Hall's customer service.

A public meeting on the proposal for changes to the station plan has been held as a remote event using the Microsoft Teams program on Monday, June 21.6. from 16:00 to 17:00.

The city council discussed the plan proposal on 29.11.2021 November 348 (§XNUMX).

The city council approved the plan on December 7.12.2021, 137 (§ XNUMX).
