Target:
The goal of the site plan change is to enable the construction of a new building on the Napinkulma plot, to increase the current building right of the plot and to enable a more versatile use of the plot.

Processing steps:
The site plan change has been announced in connection with the 2018 planning review. The participation and evaluation plan has been made available for viewing from 4.6 June to 4.7 July. 2018, when the participants have had the opportunity to get information about the initial data of the zoning and the planned schedule, as well as express their opinion about the participation and evaluation plan. The participation and evaluation plan can be viewed throughout the planning process on the city of Imatra's website (www.imatra.fi).

The Imatra city council approved the site plan change of 1089 Napinkulma at its meeting on September 16.9.2019, 67 § XNUMX link to the minutes. The Administrative Court of Eastern Finland annulled the council's approval decision with its decision 20/0104/3, issued after publication on 23.6.2020 June 1089. XNUMX Napinkulma's site plan change therefore has no legal force.
