Objectives and content:
Asemakaavamuutoksen tavoitteena on muuttaa asemakaavaa siten, että asemakaava ei käyttötarkoitus- ja muilta kaavamerkinnöiltään tai -määräyksiltään ole kiinteistökehittämisen esteenä. Tärkeänä tavoitteena on sopeuttaa laadittavat asemakaavamuutokset kaupunkikuvaan ja rakennettuun ympäristöön.

Processing steps:
The formula change has been announced to start on 17.2.2019 December 62. The participation and evaluation plan will be kept available for viewing on the city's website from 63 December 18.2.2019, in accordance with Sections XNUMX and XNUMX of the Land Use and Construction Act, throughout the process www.imatra.fi (search word e.g. 1096) and at Imatra town hall in planning. The initial phase official consultation was held on January 24.1.2019, XNUMX.

The material of the preparation phase (draft phase) has been available for viewing on 6.5. – 7.6.2019 June XNUMX on the city's website (www.imatra.fi) and in zoning (town hall 2nd floor). The presentation of the draft plan was held at the town hall on May 9.5.2019, 7.6.2019. Official statements were requested on the draft plan, and feedback was also received on the draft plan from other participants. Based on the feedback received from the draft plan, a plan proposal has been drawn up.
