Target

The goal of the master plan is to create the conditions for the development of the rail network and the construction of a double track. At the same time, the noise protection needs of the block areas and the suitability of the areas, e.g. for housing. The new track is planned to be placed on the north side of the existing track.

Processing steps

The master plans were presented on April 15.4.2010, 17 from 20:16.4.2010 to 10:13 at the Imatra town hall in the council hall and lower hall, and on April XNUMX, XNUMX from XNUMX:XNUMX to XNUMX:XNUMX in the lower hall of the town hall.

The design of the double track will progress to the track plan phase during 2016. The goals of land use in the areas along the track have changed, so the draft plan has been refined and the updated site plan draft material has been presented on Thursday, April 21.4.2016, 13.00, from 17.00:3 p.m. to 316:XNUMX p.m., Imatra town hall, XNUMXrd floor, room XNUMX.

The urban development board made the plan proposal available for viewing.
The plan proposal has been held for public viewing from 7.5 May to 6.6.2018 June 1 at Customer Service in Imatra (town hall XNUMXst floor).

Reminders against the plan proposal must be made in writing with contact information and sent to the city government at the registry office of the city office, address: Virastokatu 2, 55100 Imatra or registryimatra.fi, by 6.6.2018:15.00 p.m. on June XNUMX, XNUMX.

The city council discussed the plan proposal on August 13.8.2018, 20.8.2018, and the city council approved the plan proposal on August XNUMX, XNUMX.
