Requiring stormwater plans and stormwater delays

Situation in December 2021:

Stormwater plans are required in all new construction projects (31). 5-8/20021 one leisure apartment with own absorption and the rest by connecting to your own (Kaukopää and Tainionkoski industrial construction) or the city's storm water network.

Situation in May 2021:

In January-April 2021, all granted new construction projects (20) require stormwater plans; four of the small houses (5 units) have their own absorption planned and one has a connection to the storm water network, 7 industrial buildings are connected to their own storm water network, the other 8 have their own absorption.

Situation in May 2022:

In all new construction projects (16), stormwater treatment planning is required; in detached houses (2 pcs) one is connected to the existing storm water network and one is absorbed on its own plot, leisure apartments (2 pcs) are both absorbed on their own plot, Inspection buildings at the border (8 pcs) are connected to the property's own storm water system, industrial building (1 pc) and household buildings (3 pcs) ) is absorbed on its own plot.
