Effect of the procedure

Emissions related to maintenance decrease when properties with a low utilization rate are demolished. The sum of emissions from the energy use of demolished buildings will be calculated later (2021).

Situation in December 2021:

The implementation will be reported at the beginning of 2022.

Situation in May 2021:

The demolition program is being implemented and most of the demolition sites will be realized at the end of 2021. During the beginning of the year, demolition was started for the Koskis and Kaukopää apartment buildings.

Situation in May 2022:

The property demolition program is being prepared and the demolitions will take place by the end of the year.
