Digital support

Digital advice, digital guidance, digital guidance, digital support... The important thing has many names. In the library, the staff advises on digital matters in connection with daily customer service and at separately organized events. You will receive guidance on the use of various devices, basic programs and online services. Guidance in the library is free of charge.

Our staff will guide you the library's own electronic services in use and helps with other digital puzzles according to his own skills. However, we do not participate in the use of online services that require strong identification (online banking credentials) with the customer. In the guidance, we follow Ethical guidelines of the Digital and Population Information Agency for the giver and recipient of digital support.

We organize separate guidance sessions in cooperation with, among others, Virta-opiston and Etelä-Karjala Osuuspanki. You can see the exact times of the guided tours in Imatra's event calendar.
