Tuulikalli plots

As a residential area, Tuulikallio is centrally located in the urban structure of Imatra. In addition to being close to Mansikkala's shopping centers and schools, the train station is within walking distance. On the east and west side of the area are the popular Tinttikallio I and II detached houses, which are almost fully built, with some plots still available. In connection with the construction of Ruokokertsenkatu, three private plots became available, in addition there are vacant plots along Karhumäenkatu. There is also one free lot on Töyhtötiaisenkatu and Viitatiaisenkuja.

The site plan of the area defines the main features of building on the plots. In the design of the houses, the goal is a small house complex that fits naturally into the height of the terrain and the environment, where individually designed buildings form interesting groups that fit each other.
