Three new small house lots will be offered in the Onnela area, one kilometer away from the center of Imatrankoski. Onnela is an area of ​​small houses built in the 1950s-1970s, which has been completed in the 1980s mainly with the construction of terraced houses and in the 2000s with individual small houses. Onnela underwent a site plan change in 2021, with which three new small house plots were arranged in the area to meet the demand for plots in the area.

The new lots are located in old green areas along Pellervonkatu and Kalevankuja. It is possible to build a single-family detached house or semi-detached house on the plots.

There are no separate construction method instructions for the lots, so the builder has the opportunity to build a house in the style he wants, of course within the framework of the site plan regulations, taking into account the amount of building rights and the location of the construction industry. Consequently, it is possible to realize log houses, stone houses, green roofs, glass terraces, geothermal heating and other wishes of builders. The plots are not located in the groundwater area, so the construction of a geothermal well can be done with good land use planning.

Land transfer principles

Onnela plots can be bought or rented, the annual rent is 5% of the purchase price of the plot. First, a booking agreement is made with the land owner for a year, during which the booker can draft his project, apply for a building permit and start construction. The lease or sale is made during the reservation period, when the foundations of the building have been built. The reservation fee for a private plot is 500 euros.

The city collects the cost of dividing the plot from the tenant at the time of signing the lease agreement or the deed of sale.

There will be a construction obligation on the plots, i.e. a residential building according to the site plan must be completed within 5 years of signing the deed of sale or lease.

The applicant or the applicant's family can only get one plot. All persons who become buyers or tenants of the plot must be marked as applicants.

Plots are being sought In Imatra's map service. You must fill out a plot application in the service in order for the plot application to be processed. The application period for plots is April 20.4-June 15.6.2022, XNUMX. If there are several applications for one plot, the recipient of the plot will be drawn. Plots for which there is no application will be freely sold after the application period.

Making a plot application

1. The plot application is made by going to Imatra's map service, which can be found at kartta.imatra.fi.

2. In the map service, select Materials from the left menu, then the materials menu will appear.

3. At the bottom of the menu, you will find Plots for Sale / Rent, and swipe under it Small Plots.

4. When you click on the box in front of the small house plots with the mouse, all available small house plots will appear on the map.

5. Plots in the Onnela area can be found near Onnela on the map.

6. After finding a suitable lot, select the lot by clicking on it with the mouse, and the information about the lot will open on the right side of the screen.

7. There is a gray box at the bottom of the plot information Add this plot to the application and by selecting it you can access the blue box Go to the application and fill in the information on the application form.

8. When filling out the information in the application, it should be noted that the applicant must be marked as the person in whose name the plot sale or lease agreement is to be concluded.
