Imatra's planning review 2021

On March 8.3.2021, 76 (Section 2021), the City Council approved the zoning review of the city of Imatra for the year 2019. The work items presented in the zoning review are mainly based on the zoning program of the city of Imatra 2021-2021. The zoning review 2019 has also included site zoning targets outside of the 2021-2021 zoning program, significant in terms of increasing Imatra's vitality, which have been deemed necessary to start in XNUMX.

The most significant project continues to be the preparation of Imatra's master plan 2040. Imatrankoski's center plan projects continue to be the most important individual site plan changes. In Imatrankoski and Vuoksenniska, the work to update the larger site plans will begin. The site plans of the business areas will be changed to better reflect the changed operational needs.

Town planning projects that have not yet been announced will be announced with this planning overview. In addition to the objects recorded in the zoning review, separate projects are launched as needed either at the initiative of the city or a private landowner.
