Right-of-occupancy apartments

Right-of-occupancy housing offers an alternative to owning and renting an apartment. The right-of-occupancy fee is 15% of the purchase price, after that you pay the normal usage fee for your apartment. You get to manage the apartment as if it were your own. You cannot claim a right-of-occupancy apartment as your own.

For a right-of-occupancy apartment, you need a serial number, which you get from the municipality, and you also have to register with the house owner and identify your apartment application. You can apply for a serial number from this link.

When you give up the right-of-occupancy apartment, you will get the money you invested back adjusted by the construction cost index.
