LEADERS OF ORGANIZATION

We are looking for you, who has experience in network-like cooperation, language skills, and the ability to work with different people and companies. We expect you to take initiative and have a strong knowledge of business life.

You work under the mayor to strengthen the vitality of Imatra and to increase the city's entrepreneurial spirit. You are also responsible for the development of the city's business and employment services, and you actively participate in the local implementation of the TE2024 reform and promote increasing the city's attractiveness. Your duties include the chairmanship of the boards of the group companies, i.e. Imatra Base Camp Oy and Imatra Seudun Kehitysyhtiö Oy.

We offer you a comprehensive orientation and the support of a lively Karelian work community. The Imatra city group values ​​innovation and taking action. The city is bigger and looks to the future. We also offer the opportunity to develop your own professional skills and the additional responsibility it creates.

We require the applicant for the position to have a university degree or other demonstrable experience required by the position. In your work, you also need a good ability for written and oral expression, as well as functioning networks.

Experience from similar tasks and experience in the task field gained in previous work are considered an advantage.
