Thank you for your message!…
Thank you for your message! We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you at Meltola Daycare. We understand that the situation has been frustrating.
The times mentioned in the press release are estimates, and unfortunately in this case the car was at Meltola daycare early. This of course does not eliminate the annoyance, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We will strive to improve the accuracy of schedules in the future so that similar situations do not arise. We forwarded the feedback to Imatra High School. If you need further information about what happened, you can contact Imatra High School. The school's feedback form and contact list can be found on the Imatra High School website: Imatra joint high school (IYL) | the city of Imatra
We were well ahead of time…
We were at the Meltola daycare well before 1:00 and waited until about 1:20 p.m., realizing that the car was nowhere to be seen. When we visited the Meltola K-store on the same trip, the employee there said that the car had been there for ages. What the hell?????
