South Karelia libraries will re-introduce the Finna online library – initially a test environment will be opened
Heili libraries have put the Finna online library into test use as of October 1.10. The address is heili.finna.fi. Finna is currently in test use, and online payments are only possible on the Arena side.
– Finna has been longed for and desired by customers since it was discontinued last December due to the replacement of the library system, service manager at Imatra City Library Jesse Lindstrom says.
The basic functions of the online library will continue to operate normally. Log in to the online library as usual with your library card ID and your own PIN code. We welcome comments and feedback on Finna's operations by email: counseling.library

The Arena online library will continue to operate alongside Finna at heilikirjastot.fi. For now, online payments are only possible on the Arena side.

I hope they would give up...
I hope they would give up using Arena altogether. It was a complete wolf from the start. Really poorly functioning and difficult to use.
Finna is clear and worked well in every way. I hope it will be returned to permanently.
