Please answer the Imatra Water satisfaction survey.
The survey can be answered until February 12.2. The customer satisfaction survey maps the quality factors of water and sewerage services.
— We of course hope to receive many responses to the survey. They will help us develop our operations to better serve water and sewerage management and our customers, says the water management manager Kari Pietarinen.
The research results will be treated confidentially. Three Imatra Water gift cards worth 100 euros will be raffled among those who responded to the survey, which can be used as a credit for future water bills. The contact information for the draw will not be linked to the responses.
The study is being carried out by the research company Servitium Oy.
