The goal of the local plan change
The aim of the local plan amendment is to designate a block area for industrial and warehouse buildings (T and T/kem) in the planning area. The purpose of the local plan work is to determine the areas suitable for the intended use, examine other area reservations required by the intended use, and assess the impacts of the intended industrial activity.
Participation and evaluation plan
In the planning department, a change to the local plan 1140 Pelkola industrial area has been initiated and a participation and assessment plan has been prepared regarding Imatra. 57th district Teppanala, with blocks 84, 85, 91, 92 and 93, parts of blocks 70, 89 and 94 and agriculture and forestry, recreation, special, railway and street area.
