We inform our customers about major water outages by text message. Our SMS service reaches the customer automatically if the phone number is registered to the same address as your place of residence and the number is not secret.
The numbers are obtained from Bisnode Finland Oy's electronic database. The service can be terminated at any time.
The SMS service must be activated separately in the following cases:
you have a workplace telephone connection
your phone number is registered to a different address than your place of residence
your number is secret or
you want a disturbance report, for example, on the property of elderly parents.
To start the service, you need a consumer point number and a water meter number. The information can be found, for example, on the water bill.
