Imatra water has implemented Intrum's reminder services related to receivables management.

- The introduction of Intrum's reminder and collection services has taken place since the beginning of this year, i.e. 1.1.2023 January XNUMX, water supply manager Kari Pietarinen says.

Have you received a reminder letter from Intrum?

When you pay the invoice with the payment information on it by the due date, it's fine.

You can also pay the bill by logging in on Intrum's website My Intrum - service, which is open around the clock. For that, you need the bank IDs and the item number shown on the invoice.

In Oma Intrum, you can pay your debt, propose a payment plan or send a message to Intrum's customer service.

If you are unable to pay the invoice by the due date, please contact Intrum immediately for assistance. The fastest way to get help is to log in To my Intrum service.

You can also contact Intrum by phone using the contact information mentioned on the invoice. If you don't have an invoice, you can call Intrum's switchboard at 09 229 111 (mpm/day), where you will be directed to customer service.
