Imatra Region Environmental Service Beach List for 2026

The municipal health protection authority must prepare a list of beaches falling within the scope of Regulations 177/2008 and 354/2008 of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health before the start of each swimming season. 

The public has the opportunity to make suggestions and comments on the beach list. Opinions must be submitted in writing by 31 March 2026 at 3 pm and must be sent by email to health controlimatra.fi (health control[at]imatra[dot]fi) or by mail to the Imatra Regional Environmental Office, Tainionkoskentie 14, 55100 Imatra.
