Entrance

There are two entrances to the new city hall. Customers can use either entrance.

The main entrance is located on the street side, at the corner of Tainionkoskentie and Heikinkatu.

The barrier-free entrance is in the inner courtyard. The entrance to the inner courtyard is along Tainionkoskentie.

The building control has its own entrance, located on the street side along Heikinkatu, to the left of the main entrance.

Parking

Parking spaces reserved for customers are located in the courtyard. The spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the courtyard and are marked with signs. Parking with a parking disc for 60 minutes.

In addition, those who shop at City Hall can leave their cars in nearby street parking lots.

Customer service is located in the lobby on the first floor.

The queue number system will be implemented this week.

When taking your queue number, select what your issue concerns. This way, you can deal with your issue directly with the person who can best serve you.

If your issue cannot be handled directly by customer service, a customer service representative will leave a contact request for you. You will be responded to within two business days.

You can also contact the party that concerns your matter directly. It is recommended to arrange meetings with City Hall experts in advance.

City Hall customer service is open Monday to Thursday from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The Building Control customer service operates in the same building, but the space has a separate entrance on the wall facing Heikinkatu. The Building Control customer service is open Tuesday to Thursday from 9 am to 15 pm.
