With the Eräpöhinää project, we strengthen the operating conditions of the future national wilderness and nature culture museum in Imatra and more broadly in South Karelia by bringing together the region's service offerings and factors. We invite entrepreneurs, associations, educational institutions and other actors to participate in the development of network cooperation.
We create new operating models, e.g. with producers of nature and tourism services, sports, culture and well-being services as well as event, restaurant and learning services. Our goal is to diversify the regional service offering, expand national cooperation and increase Järvi-Finland's national and international recognition.
In the spring of 2022, we will organize network workshops where we will develop cooperation and common operating models and try them out. The dates of the workshops will be specified in January 2022. In addition, we are piloting environmental education models with local actors.
